Jake, a software developer startup founder, approached me with the need for a distinctive logo and visual identity for his company, JAW Innovation Group. As a new brand in the tech and innovation sector, Jake sought a logo that would not only represent the cutting-edge nature of his work but also embody the spirit of creativity, forward-thinking, and boundary-pushing innovation.

The challenge was to create a logo that would communicate JAW Innovation Group’s values—namely, innovation and unconventional thinking—while also standing out in a competitive, fast-paced tech industry.

For the logo design, I wanted to capture the essence of innovation and out-of-the-box thinking in a visually compelling way. Starting with the concept of a cube—a timeless symbol of structure and possibility—I took it a step further by exploding it into separate, dynamic shapes. This gives the viewer a feeling of breaking boundaries and thinking beyond the confines of traditional thinking.

The cube is then reimagined with a neon green outline, glowing with modernity, and a smooth gradient that highlights the internal facets of innovation. The strategic gaps within the cube help symbolize separation—showing that true creativity thrives when we break things down and think differently.
